Sirloin Steak with Açaí Sauce

  • 3.5oz (100g) of Grateful Açaí Unsweetened
  • Sirloin
  • 3.5oz (100g) of cooked carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 3.5oz (100g) of dark meat broth


Blend the carrots in a blender with a little of the cooking water and salt.

Cut the zucchini into 4 parts and grill with a pinch of salt. Place the onion in a pan with water and salt and cook. When it starts boiling, remove from the heat and let cool. Cut the onion in half and fry in a skillet. Separate the petals and set aside. In a saucepan, add the broth with açaí and bring to a boil. Let it reduce by half, adjusting the flavor with salt. Grill the sirloin to the desired point. Let the meat rest half the time it was on fire in a warm place.

To serve: Place the carrot puree on the plate and spread with a spatula. Cut the sirloin and arrange on the plate. Spread the grilled zucchini, onion petals, and finish with the açaí sauce.
