Açaí Smoothie with Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 10.15oz (250g) of Grateful Açaí Unsweetened or Banana
  • 1.7oz (50g) of powdered chocolate
  • Strawberries
  • Honey
  • 1.7oz (50ml) of whipped cream
  • Cumaru (tonka beans) or vanilla extract

Preparation

Blend the açaí with the chocolate powder adding honey and strawberries to taste.

Beat the whipped cream with a pinch of sugar and a small piece of grated tonka bean or 2 drops of vanilla extract.

Serve in a glass topped with whipped cream.
