Açaí Caipirinha with Mango

- 1.6oz (50g) of Grateful Açaí Unsweetened
- 1.7oz (50ml) of cachaça
- 1oz (30ml) passion fruit puree
- 0.3oz (10ml) of blackberry syrup
- 5oz (150g) mango
Muddle the açaí along with the mango, add the rum, syrup, puree, ice and mix in a shaker.
Strain into a caipirinha glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
