Açaí Caipirinha with Mango

Ingredients

  • 1.6oz (50g) of Grateful Açaí Unsweetened
  • 1.7oz (50ml) of cachaça
  • 1oz (30ml) passion fruit puree
  • 0.3oz (10ml) of blackberry syrup
  • 5oz (150g) mango

Preparation

Muddle the açaí along with the mango, add the rum, syrup, puree, ice and mix in a shaker.

Strain into a caipirinha glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
